With the televised hearings beginning this week on Wednesday and Friday, Moyers and Common Dreams’ Michael Winship urges PBS to rebroadcast these hearings during prime time so working people can have the opportunity to watch democracy unfold.
“Let’s not be timid and behave minimally at a time of maximum threats to our political order. This is not a dress rehearsal our democracy faces. It’s the real thing,” Moyers and Winship write in a letter to the heads of the nation’s public television stations.
