The following pictures were taken to show the condition of the water that officials have only recently admitted is unsafe.
Before this past month residents in Flint were told that the water was safe. Now hundreds in the population are sick from lead contamination and some have even died from Legionnaires disease, a condition which can be linked with the dirty water.

Many have called for Michigan Governor Synder’s resignation, even bringing discolored water as proof to protest at the capital.
Volunteers and groups have donated thousands of bottles of water.
